Jitterbug provides easy access to the numbers you call most.
Jitterbug phones hold up to 50 numbers.
Each phone comes with a built-in phone list that we personalize for you with your first 5 numbers before we ship your phone. So it arrives ready to use. After you receive your phone, you can manage your phone list by:
- Calling the Jitterbug operator who can update your phone list for you. Your first call after setting up your Jitterbug is free.
- Registering online at www.myjitterbug.com, our secure, password-protected website where it's easy to manage your personal phone list yourself or have someone you trust do it for you. These edits will automatically update to your phone within 48 hours.
- Faxing your list with your name and Jitterbug phone number to 1-858-430-3710 and we will do it for you.
- Calling Customer Service to activcate the Modify Phone List feature on your phone so you can manually add names and numbers.
